This is my second major repair and both times they kept

This is my second major repair and both times they kept my car for days and never provided a courtesy car or rental considering my car repair is covered under warranty. It’s always an excuse and the service advisor will take days to call you with an update. Don’t take your car to this location.

To Whom It May Concern, •I was waiting for a survey from Acura and unfortunately, it appears that I never received it.That being said, I just wanted to commend Athena Lundin; •I have purchased and or leased 20+ vehicles in my lifetime.•To say that the most pleasurable sales experience was with Athena would be an understatement.Unfortunately; •My car was totaled and in the process Athena was patient and understanding through my process till I was able to purchase the vehicle.•By our conversations, we test drove (2) vehicles till we narrowed down the vehicle that suited my personal preference and my budget.•Athena always had my best interests at hand.Athena is a consummate professional; •From understanding the product that she is selling to learning & listening to the customer in terms of needs and wants.The final delivery of the vehicle was nothing les than PERFECT.•Her product knowledge is incredible, to say the least.I’m not sure what the survey looks like, but Athena is the proverbial Perfect “10”My cell # is in your records just in case someone would like to hear this from me 1st hand.•I hope this evaluation will get Athena the recognition that she deserves.In addition, the dealership is TOP NOTCH.... Hertrich Hyundai , Customer Service not Good

I purchased a Used car on 11/9/2022, I traded my old car and this Dealership was to pay off my balance from my old car loan. It's been a month, I'm getting emails from my old Loan Co., Capitol One looking for my car payment for Dec'2022. I called Hertrich yesterday, was passed around on HOLD for over 10mins, telling me everyone is busy Peggy/Sales and Finance?? This is how you treat your Customers?Four weeks and they have not PAID off my car loan? No One has called me, their customer service is the worst after this experience! I would not recommend this Dealership .......I'm still waiting a response from Hertrich Hyundai ! I AM NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER12/14/2022I finally got though to Brian in Finance about your Dealership not paying off my the balance of my Trade-Inwith Capitol One! After being left on hold for 10-15mins he came back and told me the Check was FedEx'd on Wed. I never received a call back from Sales(Peggy), or anyone else!The professionalism and customer service there is not good at all. I also told Brian I was going to speak with the General Mgr and file a Complaint. So today Thursday 12/15/2022 I have not gotten a call from anyone apologizing for screwing up my credit being 30 days from when I purchased my car to pay my Loan off.I will continue to complain about the poor customer service from Sales and Finance.
