Summer 2024 reality TV schedule and guide (1)

Here comes a summer of heat and reality TV shows. We’ll be treated to the regulars (The Bachelorette, Big Brother, Love Island), new seasons (Deadliest Catch, Perfect Match, 90 Day Fiance), and exciting returns (The Mole, Claim to Fame).

Those premieres and many more are in this guide I’ve compiled. It premiere dates for all reality show and documentary series premieres on broadcast, streaming, and cable TV in the United States this summer and beyond. Times listed are in ET/PT.

For reality TV shows that premiered before June 1, 2024, and are continuing to air this summer—such as Summer Baking Championship, America’s Got Talent, and Teen Mom: The Next Chapter—refer to the spring 2024 reality TV schedule.

For feature documentaries and one-off reality TV specials, see my separate summer 2024 TV documentary premiere guide.

Any descriptions in quotation marks indicate that text comes from network press releases, the show’s website, or other official materials. Other summaries are from me, and may include a bit of snark!

As always, I will update this list regularly throughout the next three months, and I work hard to ensure it remains a comprehensive list of reality TV and documentary series premieres. That’s harder than it’s ever been, as schedules change frequently and some networks have stopped publicly announcing returning seasons.

So, if you have any updates, additions, or corrections, please e-mail me and let me know!
