The Scepter of Fortification is a tool added by Twilight Forest. It creates shields around the player and protects them from mob attacks. The shields protect against damage once before breaking.

The Scepter of Fortification holds 9 charges and can be recharged by placing an empty Scepter of Fortification and a Golden Apple in a crafting table. The Scepter will never break once it's depleted.
